Located at over 2,800 meters above sea level, our privileged setting allows us to work with unique, fresh, and flavorful ingredients.
Many of our aromatic herbs, tubers, and fruits are grown in our own gardens, ensuring freshness, traceability, and respect for the land. The remaining ingredients are sourced directly from local producers, supporting the regional economy while offering an authentic, honest, and high-quality culinary experience.
