At Killa, we reinterpret the cuisine of the Sacred Valley through a warm, authentic, and contemporary proposal inspired by Andean flavors, high-altitude ingredients, and a deep connection with nature.

Located in the heart of Urubamba, at over 2,800 meters above sea level, we work with carefully selected fresh ingredients, where origin, quality, and seasonality are an essential part of every dining experience.

Many of our aromatic herbs, fruits, and vegetables come directly from our own gardens and orchard, cultivated within the hotel with respect for the land and its natural cycles. Our cuisine is complemented with ingredients sourced from local producers and nearby communities, creating an honest, sustainable proposal deeply connected to the Sacred Valley.

Each dish seeks to express balance, identity, and sensitivity, combining Andean tradition with contemporary presentation in a welcoming atmosphere surrounded by the calm and unique landscapes of the valley.
