At Killa, the restaurant at Hotel Mabey Urubamba, we reinterpret the flavors of the Sacred Valley through an elegant, warm, and authentic culinary experience inspired by Andean traditions, high-altitude ingredients, and a deep connection with nature.

Located in the heart of the Sacred Valley at over 2,800 meters above sea level, we work with carefully selected fresh ingredients, where origin, quality, and seasonality are essential to every dish.

Many of our aromatic herbs, vegetables, and fruits come directly from our own gardens and orchard within the hotel, cultivated with respect for the land and its natural cycles. We complement our cuisine with products sourced from local farmers and producers from Urubamba and nearby communities, supporting sustainable and responsible gastronomy.

At Killa, every plate is designed to offer a balanced and memorable experience, combining Andean heritage with contemporary presentation in a cozy atmosphere surrounded by the unique energy and landscapes of the Sacred Valley.
